Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place frozen waffle fries in an even layer on Mega Sheet Pan. Cook 40-45 minutes, turning fries every 10 minutes, until fries are golden brown and crispy.

Step 2

Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain cooked bacon on paper towels; crumble when cool.

Step 3

Sprinkle hot fries with cheese and bacon; bake 3-5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with green onion. Serve immediately.

Makes 10-12 servings.
