Roll out cookie dough, trace and cut hockey stick pattern. Bake and cool. Set aside.
Position cookie cutter on waxed paper. Mix melted light cocoa and white candy melts and pour into cutter to a depth of 3/4 in. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold.
Using candy colors, tint portions of melted white candy red and black (mix red and blue to create black). Use melted candy in cut parchment bags to pipe stripes on hockey sticks. Attach puck to stick with melted candy.
