In small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, oil, lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over shrimp and tomatoes; cover and marinate 15-20 minutes.
Preheat broiler to high. Arrange shrimp and tomatoes on broiler pan in single layer; discard marinade. Cook 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink on one side; flip shrimp and cook an additional 3 minutes or until shrimp are completely pink.
