Lemon Bars Recipe

Step 1
Preheat oven 350ºF. Prepare 13 in. x 9 in. pan with vegetable pan spray.
Step 2
In large bowl, stir together flour, confectioners’ sugar and salt. Add butter; stir to form a soft dough. Press into bottom of pan. Freeze 15 minutes.
Step 3
Bake 22-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Step 4
While crust is baking, whisk together granulated sugar and flour in medium bowl. Add eggs, egg yolks, lemon juice and zest and whisk until smooth. Pour over hot crust. Return to oven and bake 18-20 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely in pan on cooling grid. Dust cooled bars with additional confectioners’ sugar.
