Pipe dot eyes and outline mouth using melted, tinted candy in cut parchment bag. Mold letters using layering method. Refrigerate until firm; unmold. For large crown, cover pattern with waxed paper. Using melted candy in cut parchment bag, outline and fill in area. Refrigerate until firm. Turn crown over and overpipe on back side. Refrigerate until firm. Attach mini chocolate candies at points of crown using melted candy.
