Attach a flower square to the flower nail with a little icing. Icing should be medium consistency. Using a decorating bag fitted with tip 352, pipe a row of leaves, turning the flower nail to create a row of outer petals.
Pipe a second row of petals on top of the first row.
As you get closer to the center, the decorating bag should be almost upright. Keep piping rows of leaves, building toward the center.
