For Jack-O-Lantern marshmallow, insert green spice drop 1 in. from end of lollipop stick for stem. Insert end of stick into marshmallow. Dip marshmallow into melted orange candy. Let set on parchment paper. When set, pipe face using melted light cocoa candy in cut disposable decorating bag.
For sprinkle-covered marshmallows, insert marshmallow on end of stick and dip into melted light cocoa candy. Immediately cover with desired sprinkle decorations. Place on parchment paper.
It's easy to accent dipped candy with fun toppings. Immediately after dipping, roll the candy in your favorite topping and refrigerate. Chopped nuts, Wilton Sprinkles and Nonpareils, shredded coconut or cocoa powder are delicious choices.
