2 days in advance: Make 12 right arms and 12 left arms.
For hand, roll a 5/8 in. ball of
fondant. Flatten top half;
wrap bottom half
around tip of pretzel
stick. Taper and smooth
around stick with fingers;
rounded top should extend
1 in. from tip of stick. Use
scissors to cut 5/9 in. slits for
fingers. Smooth fingertips
with fingers. For arm
portion, roll out fondant 1/8 in. thick. Cut a 1/4 in.
Brush square with piping gel; wrap around
pretzel stick or a 3 in. lollipop stick for topper
left arm. Smooth seams with fingers. Wrap
fingers around knife icing decorations. Let dry.
Remove icing decorations. In candy melting
plate, combine White-White with Black icing
color and lemon extract to make light gray.
Brush on arms. Let dry overnight.
