Prepare and roll out dough. Cut cookies using Circle Metal Cutter. Bake and cool. Ice smooth with buttercream.
Using punch with Large Circle Cutting Insert, cut circles from Bright Pink, Bright Yellow and Purple Sugar Sheets!
For the fins and mouth, use punch with Small Heart Cutting Insert to cut hearts from Bright Pink, Light Green and Purple Sugar Sheets! Curl the sides of the hearts up and let dry for 20 minutes.
For the tail, use punch with Medium Heart Cutting Insert to cut hearts from Bright Pink, Light Green and Purple Sugar Sheets! Trim off the points. Using scissors, cut a top fin, 1 high x 2 in. wide, from Sugar Sheets! colors to create the top fin.
Using punch with Small Circle Cutting Insert, cut out circles from White Sugar Sheets! Draw dots for the pupils using black FoodWriter.
To assemble, first place the mouth, top fin and tail on the cookie. Lay the large circle on top of cookie. Attach the eye and fin with piping gel.
