Using a Tip 3 (or any small round tip), hold the bag with the tip pointing up towards the roof.
Squeeze, and let the icing build up and start to pull the tip down slowly. Decrease pressure as you reach the desired length of the icicle.
Stop squeezing and pull the tip away.
