1. -

   First Row of Petals.

   Prepare the large lily nail by placing a candy foil in the center and pressing it half way down with the plunger part of the nail.

   Divide the nail into 3 even sections by marking the edge of the nail with a dot of red icing.

   Center each petal over an icing dot. Center each petal over an icing dot.

   With tip 104 in the cup of the nail with the wide end down and the flat edge against the inside of the nail, squeeze with firm pressure as you move the tip up and over the outer edge of the nail.

   Turn the nail to form a wide full petal

   Relax pressure slightly as you move the tip back to the starting point.

   Repeat to make 2 more petals.

   Second Row of Petals.

   Starting between two petals, repeat the same technique as in the first-row, piping 3 petals.

   Flower Center.

   Using green icing and tip 32, pipe a star center in the middle of the flower.

   Using black icing, pipe tip 2 stamens about 6.3 mm (¼ in.) high tightly around the green center.

   Remove flower with foil and set aside to dry.
