  1. Melt candy. Melt Bright White candy according to package directions. Divide melted candy equally into 6 portions.
  2. Tint candy. Using Pink candy color, tint one portion melted candy light pink and one portion melted candy medium pink. Using Green candy color, tint one portion light green. Tint one portion dark teal and one portion light purple using color combinations provided. Combine Blue and Green candy colors to get dark teal color shown. Combine Violet and Pink candy colors to get light purple color shown. Reserve remaining portion white.
  3. Make cake pops. Prepare cake pops mixture following recipe instructions. Make balls in various sizes from 1 in. to 1¾ in. in size (14 balls needed total). Insert sticks into cake balls according to instructions. Insert into cake pop stand or STYROFOAM block. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
  4. Decorate cake pops. Dip cake pops in melted light pink, medium pink, light green, dark teal, light purple and white candy. Immediately cover bright white cake pops with gold pearlized sugar. Chill pops until set. Reserve all remaining melted candy.
  5. Bake cake. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool two 6 in. layers and one 8 in. layer. Level, fill and stack 6 in. layers for 6 in. high cake.
  6. Tint icing. Using Pink icing color, tint ¾ cup icing light pink and ¾ cup icing medium pink. Using Kelly Green icing color, tint ¾ cup icing light green. Tint ¾ cup icing each dark teal and light purple using color combinations provided. Combine Teal and Kelly Green icing color to get dark teal color shown. Combine Violet and Pink icing colors to get light purple color shown.

    Using Royal Blue icing color, tint 3½ cups icing light blue. Set aside for later use. Reserve remaining icing white.

  7. Decorate 8 in. cake. Using white icing, crumb coat 8 in. cake. Using spatula, place light pink, medium pink, light green, dark teal and light purple randomly around cake. Smooth using icing smoother. Prepare cakes for stacked construction.
  8. Decorate 6 in. cake. Using reserved light blue icing, ice 6 in. cake smooth. Stack cakes.
  9. Make message. If necessary, re-melt tinted candy. Transfer melted candy, separately, to decorating bags. On waxed paper-covered surface, pipe 7 rectangles, all just under 1 in. wide and ranging in length between 2 7/8 in. and 3¼ in. in size. Chill until set, about 5 minutes. Reserve remaining candy in bags.

    Using decorating brush and gold metallic paint, draw HOORAY! message on candy (one letter per rectangle). Using any remaining light blue icing, attach candy pieces to side of 6 in. cake.

  10. Make candy confetti. On waxed paper-covered surface, swipe thin layer of each melted candy color. Chill until set, about 5 minutes. Break apart into small pieces.
  11. Decorate cake. Prepare decorating bag with tip 1M and white icing. Pipe tight swirls around top edge of 6 in. cake. Sprinkle with candy confetti.

    Insert cake pops into top of cake, trimming sticks as needed.
