Fill sachet with coffee or tea and close drawstrings.
Cut an inverted "V" from the end of each ribbon and roll both ribbons together, forming a 1/2 in. opening for spoon handle.
Glue ribbon as you roll.
Leave a 3 in. section of ribbon hanging and attach decal.
For tea, cover spoon in Wilton piping gel, dip in crystallized sugar and let dry overnight.
For coffee, make chocolate dipped spoons following Wilton Dipped Spoon Kit instructions.
Slip spoons into ribbon loop and glue roll to sachet.
