Pipe tip 21 zigzags on top edge of boat; position candy-coated chocolates. Pipe tip 6 outline and fill in portholes, 1 1/2 in. diameter (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Position yellow candy-coated chocolates. Attach candy stick to board between sail and boat with dots of icing. Ice round face cupcakes smooth. Pipe in tip 6 bandannas (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Using tip 3, pipe dot eyes, pupils, nose; pipe in eye patch and add outline string, mouth and dot cheeks. Pipe tip 352 pull-out tails on bandannas. Position icing decoration name.
