Prepare dough. Bake cookies and cool completely on cooking grid.
Outline cookies using tip 3 and full strength orange color flow icing. Let dry. Flow in with thinned grey color flow icing in a cut decorating bag. Let dry overnight. Using black color flow icing and tip 1, outline bat and flow in with thinned black icing in a cut decorating bag. Using tip 2, pipe remaining black icing details. Flatten scrolls with finger dipped in cornstarch.
