In advance: Make
candy plaque base. Tint melted white candy pink using candy color; fill mini loaf cavities 1/4 in. thick. Refrigerate until firm; unmold.
Also in advance: Make cookies. Roll out dough. For coach, cut 1 cookie using Comfort-Grip cutter; for wheels, cut 2 cookies using circle metal cutter. Bake and cool.
Using full-strength color flow, outline wheels with tip 2 and coach with tip 3. Flow in areas with thinned color flow; let set overnight.
Using full-strength color flow, pipe tip 2 swirl on wheels. Place coach cookie on waxed paper and pipe tip 5 fleur de lis against top of cookie; pipe in tip 2 curtains and let dry completely.
Attach coach and wheel cookies to candy plaque base with melted candy; let set. Position topper.
**Note: Combine Lemon Yellow and Golden Yellow for yellow shown. Combine Violet with a little Rose for violet shown.
