Rated 1 out of 5 by from This pan came with no directions. I had no idea how much batter to use in it. It turned out terrible. Would not recommend this pan!!!!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I bought this pan for my teenage daughter who is just starting out with an interest in cake decorating. She has done 12 beautiful self designed cakes so far. This is the first time we bought a pan with a patterned design. First of all the instruction were not clear enough as to what type of filling, how much to fill in the pans and which side to fill on the pans. However, we figured all that out and used a knife to cut down the cakes a bit thar rose to much in the oven. Easy enough, now there was a recipe Banana cream that called for instant pudding. We used vanilla instant pudding which was big mistake. After a half hour of rolling out fondant, when she put it on the cake, the cake split down the middle from the weight of the pudding. What a big dissapointment. We have not cut the cake yet, but I imagine it will be a big mess and I dont think the heart shape will work with the pudding filling. If we attempt this again, we will use a mouse filling which is much lighter.
