Prepare icing mixes in kit and place in disposable decorating bags fitted with round tips.
Place bottom cookie on flat surface and ice with white or pink icing. Place lollipop stick on top of icing and place second cookie on top.
Ice tops of 2 pops smooth with spatula and white icing.
Use round tip and star tip with pink and white icing to decorate lines, stars and outline and fill in hearts. Top some pops with red or pink heart sprinkle decorations.
