For largest ornament, use largest nesting heart cutter and second largest cutter to cut out center heart. Use toothpick to make small hole to accommodate ribbon. Bake and cool. Use tip 2 and full-strength rose color flow icing to
outline ornament; fill in with tip 2 and thinned rose color flow icing. Pipe tip 2 red color flow dots on thinned rose icing while still wet. Use toothpick to pull icing to form scroll designs. Let dry. Use tip 2 and red full-strength color flow icing to pipe red bead border; let dry.
