Stencil cake top. Place round stencil in center of cake. Use tip 3, cut disposable decorating bag and pink icing to pipe in heart areas. Use 9 in. spatula to spread pink icing inside hearts. Use tip 3, cut disposable decorating bag and brown icing to pipe in scroll areas. Use 9 in. spatula to spread brown icing inside scrolls. Carefully remove stencil.
Position scallop border stencil on top edge of cake. Repeat procedure above to fill in areas of stencil. Carefully remove stencil. Repeat filling in stencil around the edge of cake, 1/4 in. apart.
