For nose, use tip 12 and yellow icing to pipe dot nose. Flatten with finger dipped in cornstarch.
For mouth, use tip 2 and black icing to pipe-in mouth. Flatten with finger dipped in cornstarch. For cheeks, use tip 8 and orange icing to pipe dots. Pat smooth with finger dipped with cornstarch.
