Happy Day Wedding Invitation Kit is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pros and Cons OK - I bought these this past week and here are my thoughts: 1. They are a very pretty invitation 2. The bows are definitely COMPLETELY squished 3. Yes, the blow-dryer DOES work BUT... 4. You will burn your fingers especially when having to blow dry 100 of them AND 5. The heat removes the glue on the sparkle button so it now falls off. 6. This leads you to be more crafty and glue them back on OR go get another piece you like better and glue that on instead. 7. You still have to worry about whatever design you use causing a hole in the envelope during mailing - regardless of hand stamping or machine stamping. Overall, kind of a pain in the butt to get the finished product. BUT if you are patient and enjoy the craft and DIY type of thing and are on a budget, then it should be ok for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My invitations came out beautiful! I needed them ASAP and couldn't wait for printing services so I made them myself. The bows were easy to straighten out using my iron with one shot of steam. I covered the bow with a sheet of white wrapping tissue and shot it once with steam-perfect! The creating, personalizing and printing instructions were a breeze and the practice sheets came in handy. The paper is of good quality and thickness and very pretty. This was such a great bargain-not only because I got them done in one evening but also because I used a 50% off coupon -I scored!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was very pleased with the kit; it provided the supplies to create a very elegant professional looking invitation if you are willing to take a little extra time. The bows were all wrinkled but I ironed each one out on a low heat setting and they looked perfect. I had no problem w/ the adhesive square it held the bows in place but you should firmly hold it in place for a few seconds to ensure good adhesive. To customize the look I hot glued a small rosette under the jeweled embellishment to match our wedding colors. I went to a stationary store and selected verbiage from the samples they had for wedding invites (more suggested choice then provided with kit) and simply capture the wording on my smart phone camera and use the template to add my selected verbiage. To save time and expense I uploaded the template file for the invitations, reply card, and misc. info card to my local fed-ex/kinko and took the card stock invites and response cards included in the kit to the store and they printed all for about $30. for 75 invitations, response cards and info cards. When mailing place response card over bow to protect and my post office hand stamped to insure not damaged by machine (postage $.66). Everyone who received commented on how pretty and elegant and could not believe I did myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loved these invitations!! I can see how they received one star, but here is what I did to make these invitations worth it. (I am so sorry for the ladies who had a hard time with these invitations, but I have learned from their reviews.) I did not even consider the foam adhesive squares that were provided. I used the mini permanent adhesive dots that I bought from Michael's and used five dots per bow (sometimes six to make sure that the jewel in the middle was secured). That way even the most wrinkled looking bow was positioned properly and looked beautiful. (I didn't even try to blow dry the bows to get the wrinkles out.) I suggest using the Word documents that Wilton Print provided to have an easier time setting up what you need printed (not the templates you would print through their web site, but the templates you would save and open in Word). Initial setup of everything takes a little time, but then becomes faster when all you need to do is type in the quantity and press print. (Helpful practice sheets are provided - use them first!) I used the back feed of an inkjet printer and they came out beautifully. As for the jewel ripping through the main envelopes, I first inserted a piece of bubble wrap inside the envelope where the jewel would be, but then realized it was faster and easier to insert a small layer or two of clear packaging tape. It is flatter and prevents the jewel from ripping through the paper. (You need extra patience for this part, especially since the tape could bunch up, but do your best to flatten it out if that happens.) Be warned that it might cost a bit extra for postage because of the bow part of the invitation, but the final result is worth it. I used the general wedding postage stamps provided by the post office (the 66 cent ones). Depending on the location of the invitation's destination, you might need 20 cents more. If the envelope gets slightly damaged from transport, but the invitation is still intact, it is fine, because people throw out the outer envelope anyway. As stated, invitations are the first impression of your wedding and these invitations were perfect for my traditional and regal themed wedding. Some work required, but five star results!!! =) May God bless you on your special day!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT buy these invitations! The invitation on the front is SO misleading. The problem with these invites are the bows! They are all thrown in a package, crumpled together, Completely WRINKLED, and twisted. Plus, the small square adhesive does NOT hold for more than a minute AND you can even see the adhesive through the bow! I emailed customer service and asked if I could send my bows back for new ones and they said NO! They said the only thing I could do was exchange the invites but I already spent a lot of $$$ on ink printing them! They told me to blow dry the bows and that DID NOT work at at all! I am at a loss and have to send my invites out ASAP. So disappointed in this company :( Please save yourself the aggravation!
