Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line Standard Muffin Pan with Hanukkah baking cup liners.

Step 2

Place one vanilla wafer in each liner.

Step 3

Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix well.

Step 4

Stir in mini baking chips. Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 25 minutes.

Step 5

Remove from pan when cool. Refrigerate. Before serving, top Sprinkles and Hanukkah Icing Decorations.

Step 6

For an alternate flavor: 1/2 cup semisweet mini baking chips and substitute 1/2 teaspoon Wilton's Raspberry Flavoring for Pure Vanilla.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I think these are so cute. A great addition to any Hanukkah celebration! The cookie bottom makes it super simple. I used graham cracker crumbs to make them like a traditional cheesecake and they were so yummy! They were a great success!
