  1. Bake mini cupcakes. Bake cupcakes in mini muffin pan with solid baking cups. Cool.
  2. Tint icing. Combine Leaf Green, Ivory and Lemon Yellow for green shown. Combine Violet and Red-Red for purple shown. Combine Orange and Brown for orange shown. Divide icing and tint green, purple, black and orange to match colors of baking cups.
  3. Decorate cupcakes: Use spatula to ice some cupcakes smooth. Fit tips 1M, 2A, and 4B in disposable decorating bags and separately fill with icing colors. Pipe swirls and stars on remaining cupcakes. Top with icing decorations and sprinkles.
