Melt candy. Set aside 12 to 15 Candy Melts wafers in assorted colors for faces. Melt Orange and Black Candy Melts candy, separately, in dipping containers; thin with dipping aid.
Dip pretzels separately into melted black and orange candy. Immediately cover with assorted sprinkles. Transfer to wax paper-covered cake board. Chill until set, about 10 minutes.
Melt small amounts dark green, white, black and red candy; transfer to four parchment bags with a small tip cut in each bag. Place reserved Candy Melts wafers on parchment paper-covered cake board.
Using parchment bags with melted candy, pipe details on faces. Chill in the refrigerator until they’re set, should take about 5 minutes.
