Bake brownies. Prepare brownie batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool in 9 x 13 in. oblong pan.
Decorate cookies. Using coupler ring, prepare black icing tube with tip 3. Write messages on cookies.
Decorate brownies. Use water to thin chocolate icing to medium consistency. Using spatula, ice brownies.
