Turn the tassel and celebrate your graduate with these cute Graduation Cap Cookies. Made by stacking four cookies together, these treats are sure to be a hit at your graduation party. You could even package them as party favors for guests to take home. Use the Color Right Performance Color System to color your icing to the desired shade of yellow, or create your own color combination to better personalize these cookies.

Chocolate Roll-Out Cookies
Color Right Performance Food Coloring Set
White Decorator Icing- Medium Consistency, 16 oz.
Tools
Square Fondant Double Cut-Outs Set
Non-Stick Cooling Grid - 14.5 x 20-Inch - Cooling Rack
Standard Round Tip 2
Recipe Right Non-Stick Cookie Sheet, 15.25 x 10.25-Inch
Decorating Bags, 16-Inch Disposable Piping Bags, 12-Count
Double-Sided Round Cut-Outs Set, 6-Piece

- Bake cookies. Prepare cookie dough batter following recipe instructions. Using round “C” cut-out, cut out cookies (three per treat). Using square “B” cut-out, cut out cookies (one per treat). Bake and cool.
Tint icing. Tint ½ cup icing yellow using Yellow Color Right Base Color (add drops one at a time until desired shade is achieved).
Prepare decorating bag with tip 2 and yellow icing.
- Decorate cookies. Stack three round cookies and one square cookie to form caps. Pipe small amount icing in between cookies to keep sturdy. Pipe tassel and button.
