Bake and cool one-layer cake. Place on foil-wrapped cake circle. Ice smooth with white buttercream.
For muzzle, use black FoodWriter and second largest circle cutter to trace shape on back side (shiny side) of White Sugar Sheets! Cut out using Rotary Cutter.
For right ear, use black FoodWriter to trace pattern onto the back side (shiny side) of Black Sugar Sheets! Cut out using Rotary Cutter. For left ear, reverse pattern and cut out using Rotary Cutter. Gently ruffle ears with fingers and attach to cake using piping gel.
For nose, use black FoodWriter to trace pattern on back side (shiny side) of Black Sugar Sheets! Cut out using Rotary Cutter. Using punch with Small Circle Cutting Insert, cut two eyes from Black Sugar Sheets! Attach eyes to cake using piping gel. Attach nose to muzzle using piping gel. Using black FoodWriter, draw mouth on muzzle. Attach muzzle to cake using piping gel.
