Bake cake. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool 2 layers. Trim each layer to 2 ½ inches high for a 5 in. high cake.
Tint icing and prepare decorating bag. Combine Lemon Yellow and Golden Yellow for yellow shown. Combine Kelly Green with a touch of Royal Blue for green shown. Combine Violet and Royal Blue for violet shown. Divide icing and tint 1/4 cup yellow, ¼ cup green, ¼ cup rose, ½ cup violet. Place ¼ cup violet icing in decorating bag with tip 2C. Reserve white icing.
Decorate chocolate eggs. Spray chocolate eggs with gold Color Mist spray. Let dry, turn over and repeat. Let dry.
Assemble and decorate cake. Stack and ice cake layers. Spatula Ice top and sides. Dab sides of cake with tinted icings. Use small spatula and spatula ice sides of cake. Use violet icing and tip 2C to pipe stars on top border. Add nonpareils. Position golden chocolate eggs on cake top.
