Reverse shells look spectacular as top and bottom borders and as framed areas on your cake.

This technique turns any treat into beautiful baskets. Perfect for Easter, Mother's Day, bridal or any Spring and summertime theme. This technique creates a two-dimensional woven-look design. Use for baskets, fences, or to completely cover the side of a cake.

Characters or designs are often outlined first, then piped in with stars or zigzags. Outlines can also be used for facial features.

Add that special touch to your cake with your special someone´s name.

One of the most popular techniques, stars come in a range of sizes and styles. Experiment with open and closed stars for variation in look. The star technique is timeless and can be used as a classic border or as a stunning fill-in for the top of a dessert.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is a nice centerpiece for Spring retirement for our school secretary. She will love this! I like the fact that you can incorporate the persons favorite colors, or the colors of the workplace or mascott into the balloon.
