Glistening Snowflake Cupcake is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was a little difficult at first to put the flakes on. I found it was easier to work from the center out. But the more I made, the easier it got. :) I made different color snowflakes for teacher birthdays at school and they turned out beautiful. This was a fun project; I'll be making more of these. :)
