For six treats, tint 4 oz. fondant rose, 2 oz. light brown. Roll out 1/8 in. thick as
needed. Roll out rose; use knife to cut 3 in. x 6 in. strips. Imprint with texture
press. Cut circles using largest Cut-Out. Attach to top of pies with tip 2 icing
dots. Cut light brown gingerbread boys. Attach to circle with damp brush. Use
white icing and tip 2 to pipe three dot buttons and scalloped outline. Use red
icing and tip 1 to pipe dot eyes, button tops and outline smile.
