In large bowl, whisk together espresso and boiling water until dissolved. Add Candy Melts candy; let sit to melt. Meanwhile, microwave milk in large bowl until steaming, about 3 minutes. Whisk vigorously to froth. Whisk espresso and Candy Melts candy until smooth. Divide espresso mixture evenly into 4 mugs; pour milk over. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and additional grated Candy Melts candy or ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.
