Prepare dough. Using roll out dough, tint 8 oz. green and 8 oz. yellow according to formulas listed above. (Or favorite team colors)

• Green: 8 oz. dough + 2 Y + 2 B
• Yellow: 8 oz. dough + 6 Y + 1 O
• Black: ¼ cup Royal Icing + 10 BK

On rolling mat, roll out both regular cookie dough and chocolate cookie down to 1/8 in. thickness. User cutter to cut out 12 gingerbread boys; chill for 20 to 30 minutes until firm.

TIP: Chilling dough helps it to firm up for easier handling.

Using round cutter D from the set, cut-out helmets from tinted yellow gingerbread boy. Using square cutter F, cut-out bottom 2/3 of round to create helmet.

Using spatula, cut bottom portion of yellow gingerbread boy off to create uniform pants.

Set dough aside; chill again if too soft.

Using spatula, cut bottom of green dough to cut-out shirt; cut off hands to make sleeves. Using round cutter D from set, cut top of shirt for collar. Set dough aside.

Using spatula, round cutter D and square cutter F, trim regular or chocolate roll out gingerbread boys’ faces and hands.

*If dough is too soft and difficult to handle, chill again until firm about 10 minutes.

Assemble dough pieces like a puzzle to create uniformed football player. Face + Jersey Shirt + Pants + Helmet + Arms/Hands

Place football icing decoration at an angle on upper chest area and fold cookie dough hands on top football.

Bake cookies according to recipe directions or until done. Let cookies cool.

Prepare royal icing according to directions on meringue powder packaging.

Using formula listed above, tint ¼ cup royal icing black.

Prepare decorating bag with round tip 2; pipe helmet mask and eyes. Let dry, about 4 hours.
