Tint dough rose. Cut 2 heart cookies and trim 1/2 in. off each bottom. Use dough to cut 1 base 3/4 in. wide x 1 1/2 in. long and 2 sides 3 in. wide x 1 1/2 long. Bake and cool all pieces.
Use ruffled heart candy mold from Valentine set to mold just the center of heart (without ruffle) with melted red candy; refrigerate to set. Unmold. Use white melted candy in cut disposable decorating bag to write message on heart.
Attach heart cookies to base and sides with melted candy. Attach heart to cookie and braided licorice handle with melted candy. Let set in refrigerator.
