Prepare round shot glass mold with vegetable pan spray. Place on cookie pan.
In large bowl, combine flavored gelatin, unflavored gelatin and 1 cup cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Add 1 cup hot water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved; about 2-3 minutes.
Pour about 1/4 cup liquid into each cavity. Place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until set.
Refrigerate until ready to use. Remove from mold by carefully pressing up from center post. Fill glasses just before ready to use.
