Two to three days in advance: Make flowers and leaves. Paint lollipop sticks green using mixture of icing color and vanilla. Add 1/4 teaspoon Gum-Tex to 4 oz. white fondant. Tint 1 oz. each: pink, violet, yellow, green. Roll out 1/8 in. thick as needed. Cut pink, violet and yellow flowers, three each, using largest Cut-Out. Brush with matching Pearl Dust. For centers, roll 3/8 in. diameter white balls; flatten slightly and attach with fondant adhesive. Paint centers with White Pearl Dust. Set on waxed-paper covered board dusted with cornstarch. Cut four leaves using largest Cut-Out. Set on waxed paper-covered board dusted with cornstarch with bottoms draped over Lollipop Sticks. Let all dry 24 hours.
Attach flowers and leaves to Lollipop Sticks using fondant adhesive. Let dry. Also: Make fence posts. Roll out white fondant 1/8 in. thick. Cut 30 strips, 3/4 x 2 in. high; use knife to angle top 3/8 in. Let dry on waxed paper-covered boards.
Bake, cool and assemble 2-part large cupcake. Ice bottom smooth; spatula ice top. Attach fence pieces using dots of icing, trimming if needed to fit. Insert flowers.
