Tint fondant: 5 oz. light violet, 5 oz. dark violet, 2 oz. green. Roll out each violet 1/8 in. thick as needed. Use pattern to cut three petals in each shade. Position on cake top, alternating shades; trim points as needed. Cut 3/16 x 5 in. strips of dark violet. Use damp brush to attach five to each light violet petal, about 1/2 in. apart; trim lengths as needed. Roll 1/4 in. diameter light violet balls; flatten slightly. Attach seven to each dark violet petal. Roll out green 1/4 in. thick. Cut flower center using largest round Cut-Out; attach. Brush flower with Pearl Dust. Pipe tip 5 bead bottom border.
