Rated 5 out of 5 by Hazel Igraine from Best Chocolate for Candy Making Wilton Candy Melts make the best fudge my mother ever had (Her words). It's also a very versatile product. I love the Dark Cocoa and instead of walnuts I have added almonds and dried cranberries.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mpouliot34 from I make chocolate bacon fudge based off this recipe and boy let me tell you it is a huge hit. I sell it at local festivals and everyone loves it. In some batches I also add peanut butter with the bacon and it is just great. If you want to see what my fudge looks like you can take a look at my site here. http://chocolatebaconlover.com/index.php?id_product=11&controller=product Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by MegCover from I used the eggnog candy melts. I threw two bags of them in a bowl with one can of sweetened condensed milk. Microwaved them for 2 minutes, stirred in a dollop of butter flavored bakery emulsion and it is fantastic! I plan on doing the same with the candy cane flavored melts, as well as the gingerbread.
