Decorate cake. Prepare five decorating bags separately with tips 1B, 1G, 2F, 2C and 225. Fill equally with dark fuchsia icing. Using tips 1B, 1G, 2C and 2F, starting at top of cake, pipe stars, filling in entire top of cake. Continue just over top edge of cake. Using tips 2C, 2F and 225, pipe random stars around sides of cake.
