Add 1 teaspoon
fondant. Roll out
1/8 in. thick. Cut
six strips, 1 3/4 in. x
13 in. Use border
punch with grass insert to cut grass design on
one long edge of each strip. Reserve scraps
from punch. Let dry on cornstarch-dusted
boards. Roll out reserved green fondant
1/2 in. thick. Use knife to cut 1 1/2 in. wide grass
supports: cut six each 2 7/8 in., 2 3/4 in., 2 1/4 in.
and 2 in. high; cut four each 1 3/4 in., 1 1/2 in.,
1 1/4 in., 3/4 in., 1/2 in. and 1/3 in. high.
For fantasy flowers, tint fondant: 4 oz. each
rose, yellow, orange. Knead 1/4 teaspoon
Gum-Tex into each. Roll out colors 1/8 in. thick.
Use punch with layered flower inserts to cut
nine large, 23 medium and 23 small flowers
in various colors. Place large flowers in 3 in.
forming cup, medium flowers in 2 1/2 in. cup
and small flowers in melting plate cavities.
Attach flowers in two or three layers with
piping gel, combining colors for each; let
dry. For clouds, roll out white fondant 3/8 in.
thick. Cut three freeform clouds, 2 1/2 in. x
4 in., 2 in. x 3 in. and 1 1/2 in. x 2 in. Let dry on
