Bake and cool 9 in. x 13 in. sheet cake. Cake is one layer, 2 in. high. Use ultimate cake leveler to trim to 1.5 in. high.
Use largest Cut-Out from rounds Cut-Outs fondant cutters to cut circles from?sheet cake.
Cover cakes with icing. Place cakes on cooling grid over parchment paper-lined pan. Tint a portion of white decorator icing sky blue. Reserve a small portion
of white icing for decorating. Thin blue icing according to package directions. Use thinned blue icing to cover cakes. Tap to settle. Let set 1 hour.
Decorate cakes. Use blue and violet Color Mist food color spray to lightly spray cakes for a shimmery water effect.
Tint reserved white icing teal/kelly green combination (for teal). Use tip 2 and teal icing to pipe scrolls on sides of cakes. For bubbles, tint 1 oz. of white fondant sky blue. Roll small fondant balls from 3/16 in. to 3/8 in. dia. Use damp brush to attach in clusters to cake tops.
Assemble treats. Position cakes in Ariel baking cups. Insert Flounder from Ariel Fun Pix.
