Bake and cool cake.
Using lemon yellow icing and tip 5, fill in petals. Sprinkle with yellow sugar.
On granulated sugar-covered surface, roll out spice drops 1/8 in. thick. Cut out flower using medium flower Cut-Out. Cut out leaf using smallest leaf Cut-Out.
Pipe dot centers on candy flowers with tip 5 and buttercream icing. Attach flowers and leaves around the bottom of cake with dots of icing.
