Make brownies. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool brownies in silicone mold sprayed with Bake Easy and supported by cookie sheet. Let cool, 15 to 20 minutes. Unmold according to package directions. Cool completely.
Make ice cream footballs. For brownie ice cream sandwiches, use knife to cut ice cream into 1/2 in. slices. Use football cutter from set to cut football shapes from ice cream slices. Place on foil-wrapped board. Keep in freezer until step 4.
Decorate brownies. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Use tip 44, cut disposable decorating bag and icing to pipe lacing and stripes.
Make ice cream sandwiches. Use knife to cut brownies horizontally and place cut-out ice cream footballs between two layers. Freeze sandwiches until ready to serve.
