Rated 4 out of 5 by amosher from I've used these techniques numerous times and they are super easy, and look so great. I however have changed it up a little because I like everything on my cakes to be edible. I have used fine strips cut from fondand, or rolled gumpaste into slim vines rather than the wire. Piping isn't my strong point, but you can even pipe in your vines. Flowers and vines can be worked into so many different occasions and are so fun to work with!
