Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have uesd this technique on my grandaughters pool party cake. It is a little time consuming but lots of fun with the grandkids. You can even make them up ahead of time. I used chocolate covered donuts for the inner tubes and made the little people just like it says. Turned out real good. Everyone loved it!
