Knead 1 teaspoon Gum-TexTM into 12 oz. fondant. Roll out 1/8 in. thick; cut out carriage using pattern. Cut 2 fondant wheels using largest round Cut-Out. Let all pieces dry on cornstarch-dusted surface.
Using royal icing, decorate carriage with tip 2 scrolls and dots; add tip 2 wheel spokes. Let dry.
Cover bow and handle patterns with waxed paper; outline with tip 6 and royal icing. Let dry. Attach wheels, handle and bow to carriage with royal icing. Attach 2 lollipop sticks to back with royal icing, trimming as needed; let dry.
