Fluffy Marshmallow Lamb Cake
A sure sign of spring, this lamb cake is super easy to make using the Stand-Up Lamb Pan. Decorate using buttercream icing and mini marshmallows, and then surround it with colorful jelly beans for an extra Easter treat!
Cake serves 12.
Ice face smooth using white buttercream icing. Ice inside ears smooth using rose buttercream icing.
Spatula ice body, head and ears using white buttercream icing.
Cut marshmallows in half, keeping circle shape. Position marshmallows cut side down into icing, covering lamb cake.
Outline and pipe in facial features using tip 3 and brown buttercream icing.
Arrange jellybeans around lamb cake
Characters or designs are often outlined first, then piped in with stars or zigzags. Outlines can also be used for facial features.
