Prepare and roll out dough. Cut cookies into star shapes. Bake and cool. Ice smooth with buttercream icing.
Using Leaf Cutting Insert and color Sugar Sheets!, punch five leaves for each cookie. Crease each leaf lengthwise. Position one leaf on each point of star cookie.
Place Yellow Sugar Sheets! on thin shaping foam. Using wide end of tip 2A cut a circle for the flower center. Brush circle with piping gel and cover with yellow sugar. Attach circle to center of flower with buttercream.
Give Sugar Sheets! flower petals or leaves dimension by folding a gentle crease down the center.
