At least 24 hours in advance, make flowers. Use rose royal icing to make 20 roses.
Use Flower Nail No. 7, with 2 in. square of waxed paper attach with tape, as base and pipe tip 12 bases and tip 104 petals.
Use yellow and white royal icing to make 14 daisies. Use Flower Nail No. 7, with 2 in. square of waxed paper attach with tape as bases and pipe tip 104 white petals and tip 3 yellow center dots. Flatten center with damp finger and cover with Yellow Colored Sugars.
Let dry on large section of Wave Flower Former. Use combination violet/rose royal icing and white icing to make 40 forget-me-nots.
Use Flower Nail No. 7 as bases and pipe tip 102 petals and add tip 2 white dot centers. Let dry overnight on section of Wave Flower Former Set.
Bake and cool 2-layer 8 in. cake. Ice cake smooth with white buttercream icing.
Randomly pipe tip 3 dots on cake top and sides.
Pipe a mound of tip 12 white icing on center top of cake.
Attach flowers to bottom border and top center of cake.
Randomly pipe tip 352 green buttercream icing leaves.
Try some fun color combinations: yellow petals with yellow or blue centers, violet or blue petals with yellow centers and peach petals with orange centers. Highlight centers with Wilton Cake Sparkles, or colored sugars.
